APPOINTMENT POLICY • A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After 10 minutes, your appointment will be canceled, and you will be charged 100% of your scheduled service. • The service booked will be the service charged, so please be absolutely certain when booking your appointment and selected services. • Blonding services and color corrections must be booked at 9:00 AM due to the amount of time required. These services can take anywhere from 4–8 hours depending on hair length, density, history, and overall hair condition. With my schedule now being very limited, I am unable to accommodate these appointments later in the day. • There is a processing fee for all card payments. To avoid the fee, exact cash is accepted. • Absolutely NO extra guests or children allowed at appointments. • A 48-hour cancellation notice is required. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment time will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and you will be required to pay 50% of your service upon rebooking.
